苹果8个(重约1公斤)鸡头米28克，熟莲子40克，金丝蜜枣28克，糯米50克,白糖250克，薏米25克，葡萄干15克，青梅15克，金糕15克，樱桃脯15克，糖桂花20克，瓜子仁5克。
【制作过程】
(1) 将鸡头米、薏米洗干净，放在碗里后倒入清水(150克左右)，上笼屉用旺火蒸20分钟左右，蒸烂后取出待用。 (2) 将糯米洗干净，加入清水(100克左右)，上笼屉蒸10分钟左右(约5成熟即可)取出。 (3) 将苹果削去皮、蒂、残花干，用小勺挖去核，使其成直径约2～3厘米的空洞(靠底处要薄一些)。 (4) 将金丝蜜枣、青梅、樱桃脯等都切成0.6×0.6×0.6厘米的小丁。金糕切成细丝。 (5) 把薏米(碗中有残水必弃掉)与蒸烂的鸡头米金丝蜜枣、葡萄干、青梅、熟莲子、樱桃脯、瓜子仁等一同放在碗中，加入蒸好的糯米、白糖(50克)搅拌均匀，分别塞入苹果的空洞里去，然后上笼屉用旺火蒸熟。(6) 苹果蒸熟后取?
