1986年1月31日成立。理事会由大丰银行、南通银行、大西洋银行、汇丰银行、永亨银行、澳门国际银行、澳门商业银行、法国国家巴黎银行等组成。监事会由广东银行、万国宝通银行、恒生银行组成。理事和监事互选，目前，大丰银行为理事会主席，南通银行、大西洋银行、汇丰银行为理事会副主席;广东银行为监事会主席，万国宝通银行、恒生银行为监事会秘书。公会会址设于澳门亚美大卑卢大马路32号。公会下设:财政组、学术培训组、康乐组、业务统一协调组。公会的宗旨是:(l)促进澳门经济的稳定，繁荣和银行业务的发展;(2)加强会员间的友谊，增进彼此的了解与合作;(3)推动银行业的逐步统一及共同规则的遵守;(4)代表全体会员与政府任何部「1和任何公私组织来往;(5)就影响或可能影响银行业的事宜，与澳门政府机构，或有关方面协商，发表意见或提出建议;(6)支持调查研究澳门地区财经制度的组织和功能，及银行的管理和组织;(7)利用公会本身的资源或借助其他人的帮助调查和研究银行业务现代化技术的应用;(8)主动与私人或团体合作举办银行雇员培训、教育或康乐活动;(9)在公会职权范围内，或在有关方面请求下，对会员之间的纷争进行调停，并作出仲裁;(10)普及推广认为符合该会宗旨的其他活动。‘伏，J银仃回业公会」银行业自律协会。
