wulie(xian)jengying zhutie zhagun无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊(indefinite chilledeast iron roll)轧辊辊身外层的组织由渗碳体、片状石墨和基体组织组成的铸铁乳辊的总称。同冷硬铸铁轧棍相似,无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊辊身在激冷铸型中凝固成型。“无界(限)”一词源于铸造整体轧辊时在外层和灰口层之间无明显界限而得名,现已沿用成习惯。 无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊一般分为普通轧辊、低合金轧辊、中合金轧辊以及高合金轧辊。增加合金元素的含量能改变轧辊辊身外层的基体组织并提高其硬度,从而改善轧辊的耐磨性。常用的主要合金元素为镍、铬、铝等。其他合金元素如钒、啼、钦、硼、锯也常用来改善无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊的性能。合金元素在无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊中的作用和在冷硬铸铁轧辊中相似,但其含量范围有差异:较高的硅含量促使石墨的形成;有害元素磷和硫控制在较低水平;铬的加入量一般为镍量的合一音。为保证辊颈和辊芯的强韧性,当铬含量在1.2%以上时应做成复合轧辊(见铸铁轧棍)。无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊的化学成分如表所列。和同硬度的其他种类铸铁轧辊相比,由于细片状石墨的存在,无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊外层导热性较好,抗热裂纹性日.胭.哪甲呱.叫加能、抗事故性和抗剥落性能改善。无界(限)冷硬铸铁材精轧机架上。轧辊大量用在型、棒、线材中间机架和板、带、型、管 无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊的化学成分犷斗葬卞价下 生产无界(限)冷硬铸铁轧辊时,对原材料选用、熔炼、铸造以及热处理工艺等均有严格要求。轧制负荷大、硬度高的板、带、管轧辊要用复合铸造法(冲洗或离心法等)生产。 (邵素芸)
