中国林学会林业机械学会(Forestry Ma-ehinery Association，Chinese Forestry 50·ciety)中国林学会下设的一个分支学会。是由从事林业机械科学技术工作者自愿结合的学术性群众团体。其根本任务是组织、团结广大林业机械科学技术工作者，推动林机科学技术事业的萦荣和发展，为林业经济建设和发展生产服务，为林业现代化服务。 第一次全国林业机械学术讨论会及学会成立大会于1982年6月20日召开。1987年6月召开的第二次全国会员代表会议选举朱国玺为理事长，吴德山为副理事长兼秘书长。学会办公室挂靠在林业部哈尔滨林业机械研究所。 林业机械学会会员遥及全国22个省、自治区和直辖市，共有会员729人，团体会员3个。自1982年以来，先后召开10次学术讨论会，提出330余篇论文以及倡议、建议、战略论证报告等文件。(吴德山)
