性质:淡黄色结晶或结晶性粉末。在225-230℃分解。溶于热醇,微溶于冷醇,极微溶于水,不溶于氯仿、乙醚,溶于氢氧化钾乙醇溶液。

制备方法:由对乙酰氨基苯甲醛与硫氰酸肼在冰醋酸于104℃反应而得。该法收率95%。

用途:该品能抑制结核菌、麻风菌,使菌体形态变化、颗粒消失、染色质改变。最早用于治疗麻风病,效果不如砜类,但对结核型麻风效果好。
