tray thickener
duoeeng nongsuoji多层浓缩机(tray thiekener)一种耙式浓缩机。由几个圆形槽叠置而成，最多可达6层，一般为3一4层。每层都有单独的耙臂和给矿、排矿管，但共用一根转轴(见图)。槽的直径不超过18m，每层高度为1.2一3.6m。多层浓缩机有两种工作方式:(l)并联工作，各层单独给矿和排出浓缩产品与溢流;(2)串联工作，上层的沉物给到下一层，而下层的溢流给到上一层，最后只在最下层排出浓缩产品，在最上层排出溢流，实现逆流洗涤。多层浓缩机可以节省材料、节省厂房面积和节省热量(当需要加温时)，但操作管理不方便，排出的沉淀浓度较低。它多用于氧化铝厂和水冶厂，选矿厂不常用。嗽 l浓缩产品 多层浓缩机 1一提升装里;2一传动机构;3一析架;4一给矿筒; 5一给矿管，6一溢流管;7一耙臂;8一耙叶; 9一排矿漏斗;10一刮板 (黄枢)
