性质:在真空条件下将液体内溶解的气体排除的过程叫做真空脱气。在冶金工业中,对液态金属进行真空脱气,以除去氧、氮等有害气体。在真空蒸馏、真空蒸发等过程中,为防止溶液爆沸,要预先进行真空脱气处理。在海水淡化、石油开采、火力发电等工业部门中,用真空脱气法从水中脱除溶解的氧和二氧化碳,以减轻设备的腐蚀并避免结垢,化工用真空脱气设备有降膜塔、喷射塔及填料塔等。
