脐疝
umbilical hernia
是小儿肠管自脐部凸出至皮下，形成球形软囊，易于压回。多为先天性脐环闭锁不全或腹壁组织薄弱，腹压增加致腹腔内容物由此突出，有时可发生嵌顿。治疗：2～4岁的患儿可试用局部压迫疗法，4岁以上或脐环直径超过2～3cm以上者应手术切除疝囊，修补腹壁缺损。
