方法 对照 1组 2 5例口服中药猪蹄汤 ,对照 2组 2 7例口服西药甲氧氯普胺 (灭吐灵 ) ,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗 ,即口服中药猪蹄汤和西药灭吐灵。

四神猪肠汤
猪肠 1斤
米酒 1杯
盐 少许
水 10杯
四神药材：薏仁 2钱
山药 5钱
莲子 1两
芡实 5钱
茯苓 5钱
制作：
(1)先将猪肠洗净去油脂，用1根筷子将肠子翻面，以1大匙盐、面粉2大匙抓洗去除表面黏液，再用清水沖洗乾净。如此重覆几次，洗净再放入锅中用水煮约15分钟，取出洗净，剪成约1寸长段备用。
(2)将四神药材连同猪肠放入电锅中，加入水及米酒(喜欢酒味浓者可在起锅後再放酒)炖煮约一时即可。起锅前加入少许盐即可食用。
清洗猪肠除了用面粉之外，也可以用可乐，因为可乐中含有苏打成份，对清除粘膜效果极佳，方法很简单，只要将可乐倒入猪肠中浸泡数分钟之後再搓洗，即可轻易除去粘膜及油脂。
