以数值模拟软件Fluent为平台,对直接空冷机组散热器片和空冷岛外部流场进行了数值模拟研究,主要内容包括:采用Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型对空冷散热器片进行了数值模拟,分析管型和长宽比对散热器片对换热效率的影响,提出最佳长宽比概念;采用标准k-e湍流模型对空冷岛外部流场进行数值模拟,分析了风速,挡风墙高度,空冷平台高度等对空冷换热单元换热效率的影响,对于既定模型给出了挡风墙最佳高度范围和空冷平台高度对空冷单元换热效率影响的趋势曲线。
