据介绍，该项目规划占地8600亩，将建立交易园区、物流园区、仓储区、配送区、加工区、海关保税区等物流核心园区，同时设立经营、生活服务支撑体系，通过信息技术、电子商务、配送、联运等手段，衔接并辐射国际、国内两大市场。
