性质:又称棒磨机。磨碎或研碎的一种设备。利用长度略小于磨本身的高碳钢棍棒来研磨物料。工作原理与球磨相像。由于长棒与物料的接触是在一条线上,大粒物料可使小粒物料免受挤压。因此产品比较均匀。适用于粉碎粘胶质的,不适用于粉碎韧性强的固体物料。进料大小不应超过25毫米。原料必须通过电磁离析器等以除去金属硬质物料,以免损伤机件。
