中国武术器械之一。据记载，峨嵋刺作为武术项目出现，是清代末年。武术所用的峨嵋刺长约30厘米，其形状是中间粗、两头细的锥形体，头端略扁，呈菱形带尖，中间有一圆环。表演时,将圆环套在练者中指上,左右手各持 1个，运用抖腕和手指拨动，使其转动。用法主要有刺、穿、拨、挑等，结合各种步型、步法、平衡、跳跃、翻转等动作构成套路练习,舞动起来别有风格。
