 (术语)梵语Upanaha之译。心所名。七十五法之一。百法之一。即结怨烦恼之精神作用也。俱舍论二十一曰:“恨者,谓于忿所缘事中,数数寻思,结怨不舍。”成唯识论六曰:“云何为恨,由忿为先。怀恶不舍,结怨为性。能障不恨,热恼为业。谓结恨者,不能含忍,恒热恼故。”俱舍论摄于小烦恼地法,以为有别体,唯识论以为随烦恼之一,嗔恚之一分,而无别体。顺正理论五十四辨恨与忿之差别曰:“如桦皮火,其相猛利,而余势弱,名为忿。如冬室热,其相轻微,而余势强,名为恨。”
