He passed the highest imperial examination in 1709 and served successively as the chief official in charge of miscellaneous duties,imperial senior government official in Hu Guang Dao as well as the first imperial senior government official in Taiwan.
黄叔璥(1681-1757)，清顺天府大兴县人，康熙四十八年(1709)进士，历任户部云南司主事、湖广道御史、第一任巡台御史等职。
