| 周文德（1919～1981） 华裔美国水文学家 。1919年10月7日生于中国杭州，1981年7月30日卒于美国伊利诺伊州。1940年毕业于上海交通大学，1950年在伊利诺伊州立大学获水利工程博士学位。致力于水文学、水力学和水资源利用的研究。创建了国际水资源协会，并担任第一任主席。1973年被选入美国国家工程科学院，1976年被选入美国文理科学院。他发展了实验流域水文模型；研制了新型的人工降雨装置；研究了许多水文随机模型和水资源模型；他与人合作研制的离散微分动态规划模型，为水资源系统的最优化提供了实用的方法。著有《明渠水力学》和《应用水文学手册》等，发表论文200多篇。 |
