This paper discusses the feasibility and necessary of utilizing sports leisure regions of investment fund to develop sports leisure tourism industrialization in regions of western China.

The research into development of sports leisure tourism industry of border regions of Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou revealed that the development resources were good.
