中国南朝梁、陈至隋朝时期,岭南少数民族首领,女将。生卒年不详。高凉（今广东阳江西）人，俚族，统部落10余万家。约在南朝梁大同初年，与高凉太守冯宝成婚，协助其处理政务，使号令通行。她足智多谋，善于用兵。侯景之乱时,高州刺史李迁仕趁机起兵反梁,并派人召冯宝共谋。冼夫人劝冯宝将计就计，先遣使应允，随后她亲率千余人佯作送礼，骤然袭击获胜。梁、陈交替时，岭南局势动荡,冼夫人为减少战乱,奔走劝说诸州，所至皆服。陈太建元年(569),广州刺史欧阳纥反陈，冼夫人迅速发兵拒境，并于次年帮助陈朝打败欧阳纥。随文帝杨坚灭陈后,冼夫人对陈亡虽表伤感,但又能审时度势，派其孙冯魂带兵协助隋将韦洸进入广州。不久，又派孙冯盎和隋军一起打败围困广州的番禺地方势力。冼夫人在世约80年，历经梁、陈、隋三代，支持统一事业，对岭南各族人民的融合友好作出了较大贡献，曾被陈封为中郎将、隋封为谯国夫人。隋仁寿初年，卒于岭南。
