【来源】
为菊科植物黑沙蒿的茎叶及花蕾。
【植物形态】
黑沙蒿 半灌木，高50～100厘米。茎自基部分枝成丛生状，无明显主茎，当年生枝条紫红色，老枝暗灰色。叶较小，无柄，羽状全裂，裂片2～3对，肉质，无毛，线状或丝状，长1.5～3厘米，宽约1毫米，先端有小突尖，黄绿色；上部叶3裂或不裂。头状花序呈卵形，排列成圆锥状，直径2～3毫米；总苞黄绿色；全为管状花，淡黄色，甚小。瘦果小，卵形。种子黑色，长形。花期7～9月。果期10月。 生于固定沙丘或半固定沙丘上。分布内蒙古、陕西、宁夏、甘肃、青海等地。 本植物的根(黑沙蒿根)、种子(黑沙蒿子)亦供药用，各详专条。
【采集】
茎叶4～8月采；嫩梢及花蕾5～7月采。鲜用或晒干。
【性味】
《内蒙古中草药》："辛苦；微温。"
【功用主治】
祛风湿，提脓拔毒。治风湿性关节炎，感冒，咽痛，疮疖痈肿。 ①《内蒙古中草药》："茎叶：去风湿，消热消肿。治风湿性关节炎，咽喉肿痛。" ②《中国沙漠地区药用植物》："叶：捣烂外敷疮疖痈肿可提早化脓开口，具拔脓作用。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，3～5钱。外用：捣敷或作发泡剂。
【选方】
①治风湿性关节炎：㈠黑沙蒿叶、鲜枝及花蕾捣烂，外敷痛处，至发痒起泡为止，将泡挑破流出黄水，用消毒纱布包扎，防止感染，以夏季伏天用效果最好。(《中国沙漠地区药用植物》)㈡黑沙蒿茎叶、老鹳草各五钱，马先蒿三钱。水煎服。(《内蒙古中草药》) ②治感冒头痛：黑沙蒿花蕾三钱，水煎服。(《中国沙漠地区药用植物》)
