流冰
ice run

Iiubing流冰(i ce run)随水向一F游流动的冰花和冰块,又称淌凌。流冰可分为秋(冬)季流冰与春季流冰两类。秋季流冰,是指在河流封冻以前的流冰,冰块系由冰淞、棉冰、脱岸的冰块及冰花相互冻结而成,一般河流。流冰前先流冰花,后转为流冰块。春季流冰是指在河流解冻时流动的冰块(大块的又称冰排)。冰块系由破碎的封冻冰层和脱岸的破碎岸冰组成。开河后的流冰,量多而势猛,流到排冰不畅的河段易形成冰坝,造成灾害。在中国由南向北流的河流中,这种现象尤为常见。流冰期间可使航运中断,沿河建筑物遭到破坏,要采取必要的预防措施。(王文才)
