对从人参皂苷-Re与人体肠内细菌在厌氧下恒温共孵后的培养物中分离得到的次生代谢产物结晶MC-V的化学结构进行了深入研究,通过1HNMR、13CNMR、1H-1HCOSY、1H-1HTOCSY、13C-1HHETCOR、DEPT、FAB-MS和El-MS、FT-1R等现代分析技术进行了化学结构分析,通过对以上科学数据进行分析和讨论,最后确定人参皂苷Re的次生代谢产物结晶MC-V的化学结构为6α-氧-[2-氧-(α-L-吡喃鼠李糖)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]达玛3β,12β,20(R),25四醇{[6α-O-2-O-(α-L-rhammpyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-dammar 3β,12β,20(R),25-tetraol},即20(R),25-羟基人参皂苷-Rg2。
