性质:含碳量大于0.6%的碳素钢,常用含碳量为0.60%~1.50%。除碳外还可含有少量锰(0.70%~1.20%),如65Mn。高碳钢都属于优质碳素钢或高级优质碳素钢,如T8A等。用高碳钢制成的各种零件,一般都必须经过不同形式的热处理后再使用。因为含碳量较高,热处理后可以较容易得到高强度(σb>980MPa)、高硬度(HRC60以上)以及优良的耐磨性,并具有一定的塑性和韧性。可作为工具钢及弹簧钢等使用。
