Elastic characteristic analysis and optimization design on circular flat diaphragm

A novel temperature-insensitive pressure sensor based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG) broadened bandwidth technique using a plane round metal diaphragm is studied theoretically and experimentally.

On the basis of the mechanical theory of elasticity, through theoretical derivations,the principle of optical fiber grating liquid level sensor which is based on the fixed circular plate diaphragm was got,and the linear relations between liquid level pressure and the offset of optical fiber grating wavelength was obtained,too.

Finite element method was applied to analysis the expansion and the last corresponding degrees of thermal expansion of silicone oil was achieved under two different shapes of tablets,which were flat tablets and wavy tablets.

Stress analysis of a circular membrane in the laminated membrane coupling;

Using ANSYS′s finite element programme,the static and dynamic stresses for a circular membrane in the laminated membrane coupling are calculated,and the result of three static average stress as well as the dynamic stress of angular flexion are obtained.
