This article tries to design the orientation for degree courses of medical postgraduates in four aspects as training objectives, the needs of development of both the society and the individual, comprehensive quality and consciousness of creativity.

The teaching mode requires us make correct course orientation in view of the curriculum features of FLASH.

Specifically, it explores and practices on thecourse orientation based on ability training, combining application and basic knowledge in curricular content selection, the mutualadaptation of curriculum design as a whole and teaching process in teaching design, the ordering of teaching procedure and theapplication of action oriented teaching method.
