原料：
黑豆30克，活鲤鱼1条(约1000克)
做法：
1、活鲤鱼宰杀，冲洗干净，黑豆用温水泡软洗净。
2、将黑豆放入鱼腹内。
3、加适量清水炖至鱼豆熟烂，汤成浓汁即可。
tips：
1.本菜不放盐、酱油，可加少量葱姜。
2.鲤鱼身体两侧各有一条类似白线的筋，需要除去。
特色：
健脾补肾、有消水肿的作用。
