慢性胆囊炎
发生于胆囊的慢性炎症病变。其发病因素同*胆石病。有时为急性胆囊炎的后遗症。多在进油腻或多脂食物后诱发。有轻重不一的腹胀，上腹或右上腹不适感、持续性钝痛或右肩胛区疼痛、胃灼热、嗳气、打嗝等胃肠道症状。治疗原则为解痉止疼、消炎利胆。必要时手术。
