By using the horizontal polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,the polymorphisms of 5 plasma isozymes isolated from 31 Guizhou Wumeng chickens were analyzed in this study.
采用水平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,检测分析了31份贵州乌蒙鸡血浆中的淀粉酶(Amy-1、Amy-2)、碱性磷酸酶(Akp-1、Akp-2)、酯酶-1(Es-1)同工酶的多态性。

In the present study,the horizontal polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis was used to analyze 5 gene loci from 79 Guizhou Wumeng black bone chickens,including 42 Yellow Wumeng black bone chickens and 37 Black Wumengblack bone chickens.
采用水平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术 ,对贵州乌蒙乌鸡 79只个体 (其中黄羽乌蒙乌鸡 42只 ,黑羽乌蒙乌鸡 37只 )共 5个位点 1 1个等位基因的血浆同工酶多态性进行研究 ,结果发现除Amy - 2 (黑羽乌蒙乌鸡 )和Akp - 2位点呈单态外 ,其余位点均具有多态性 ,且两者的akp - 1 ,Akp - 2°,Amy 2 1,Es - 1 c 基因频率较高 ,而Es- 1 A 频率较低 ,Amy - 1 A 和Amy - 1 B 频率均在 0 5 0 0 0左右。
