蒲溪从碧溪渡口至蒲潭垟一段称蒲溪，全长5.5公里，溪面开阔，溪水澄碧。宽处达百米，窄处仅容竹筏来往，两岸山色空蒙，急流如万马奔驰。沿溪步行或顺流坐筏不觉心旷神怡。
