| 汉语拼音方案 中华人民共和国的法定拼音方案 。1955～1957年中国文字改革委员会汉语拼音方案委员会研究制订，1958年2月11日全国人民代表大会批准公布。汉语拼音方案采用世界通用的26个拉丁字母，分为五个部分：①字母表，规定字母的顺序、读音和写法。②、③声母表、韵母表，规定声母、韵母的拼写方法及规则。④声调符号，规定了声调的符号和标记方法。⑤隔音符号。方案推行以来，在汉字注音、统一读音、推广普通话和语文教学等方面都发挥了重要作用。它也是帮助其他民族的人和外国人学习汉语的工具。1977年联合国地名标准化会议采用汉语拼音字母作为拼写中国地名的国际标准。1982年国际标准化组织采用汉语拼音字母作为拼写汉语的国际标准。 |
