The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)and France Sorbial company s probiotics product combining with Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus(Sorbial probiotics)on the prevention of Foot-and-Mouth Disease(FMD)for piglets.
为了解黄芪多糖和法国索比亚(SORBIAL)生物科技公司生产的香肠乳酸杆菌和鼠李糖乳酸杆菌组成的益生菌制剂索比亚益生菌防治口蹄疫的临床协同作用,选用感染口蹄疫的某300头母猪规模猪场60只断奶仔猪为试验动物模型,在分别注射FMD合成肽疫苗进行紧急防治5天后,每组20只随机分为对照组、试验甲和试验乙组;对照组使用普瑞纳乳猪饲料做为饲养基础日粮,试验甲组在基础日粮中添加索比亚益生菌2 kg/t拌料,试验乙组在基础日粮中添加索比亚益生菌1。

| 鼠李糖 rhamnose 一种单糖。 分子式C6H12O5。甘露糖6位的一个羟基被氢取代的衍生物，即6-脱氧-L-甘露糖 。又称甲基戊糖。在自然界大多是L型，广泛存在于植物的多糖、糖苷、植物胶和细菌多糖中。 在通常的条件下得a-L-鼠李糖一水合物结晶，片状晶体，熔点82～92℃，比旋光度  －7.7°→＋8.9°，溶于水和乙醇；β-L-鼠李糖（无水）为针状晶体有吸湿性，熔点122～126℃， ＋38.4°→＋8.9°，溶于水和乙醇。有甜味，在水溶液中以吡喃形式存在。有还原性，用溴水氧化生成鼠李酸，经硝酸氧化生成L-阿拉伯三羟戈二酸。用钠汞齐还原则得鼠李糖醇。
