性质:包括池式沸腾(pool boiling)(即液体在管外大容积内沸腾)和两相流沸腾(即液体在管内流动的过程中加热沸腾)。池式沸腾可用左图(图暂缺)来说明其传热规律。按不同的温度差△t[或称过热度(即壁温与饱和温度之差)]可分为几个区域:(I)自然对流区;(Ⅱ)泡核沸腾区;(III)过渡膜沸腾区;(IV)膜状沸腾区。除△t外,还有流体的物性、加热面性质及压力也都影响沸腾传热。计算中常用陈氏(J. C. Chen)公式来计算两相流沸腾传热系数:,式中:hTP为两相流沸腾传热系数;hNCB为泡核沸腾传热系数;hc为管内湍流时的传热系数;F是Martinelli参数Xtt的函数。
