In order to compare the effect of CIDR which designed by ourselves and that made in New Zealand , Sixty-three deer hinds were synchronized with CIDR+PMSG during the breeding season,including the Tarim red deer (Cervus elaphus yarkandensis),Tianshan red deer (Cervus elaphus songaricus) and sika deer (Cervus nippon) hinds.
试验采用CIDR(阴道药栓)+PMSG(孕马血清促性腺激素)的方法分别对塔里木马鹿(Cervusela-phusyarkandensis)、天山马鹿(Cervuselaphussongaricus)和梅花鹿(Cervusnippon)进行了同期发情处理,目的是将自行研制的CIDR与新西兰产CIDR从处理效果与成本上进行比较。

五鹿山位于山西省蒲县城北25公里处，海拔1946.3米，是全县最高点，伫立峰顶可遥望蒲县、隰县、洪洞、汾西4县。整座山峰险林密、风光秀丽，时有山鹿、野猪、褐马鸡等珍奇动物出没，是一处保护完好的原始森林。半山腰有一个天然石洞，内建有"五龙"圣母庙、农历5月18日是圣母生日，四方百姓纷纷来此看戏求雨祭祀，故又名五龙山。
