用料:金华火腿滴油肉、芋艿、葱段、火腿汤、料酒、精盐、白糖、味精、熟猪油、芝麻油。

做法:火腿滴油肉切成片。芋艿拣大小匀称的刮皮洗净。炒锅置旺火上,下熟猪油,油烫时投入葱段,煸出香味,推出为用,放入芋艿,翻炒一会,加入火腿汤和清水适量,放入料酒、精盐、白糖,烧至芋艿半熟时,加入火腿滴油肉片,至芋艿酥糯时,加入味精,继续焖烧一会,淋上芝麻油,出锅盛汤盆,即成。

特点:腊香浓郁,汤香芋糯,火腿鲜美,肥而不腻,加有风味。
