[原料/调料]

官印黄豆干 2块

青蒜 300公克

辣椒 1根

盐、酱油 少许

[制作流程]

1.豆干切片,用2大匙油将豆干煎至微焦后,捞起备用。

2.青蒜洗净,切斜片备用。辣椒洗净去籽切细丝备用。

3.用锅子中的油炒香辣椒丝、青蒜片,再放入豆干及少许的盐、酱油调味即可。
