we.kuangku shu{llangP}ngheng尾矿库水量平衡(annual water balance fortailings impoundment)设计枯水年尾矿库进、出水量的计算与供、需水量的平衡。选矿厂从尾矿库回水时，需通过此计算确定尾矿回水系统的设计回水量。尾矿库进水量包括地表透流水量和尾矿浆带入水量。尾矿库可供水量为进水量与损失水量之差。损失水量包括水面蒸发水量、堆积尾矿空隙截留水量和尾矿库渗漏水量。为方便起见，常按进水量、损失水量和可供水量的顺序列表逐月计算。再根据年内逐月可供水量的平均值初定适当的回水量，求出逐月水的盈亏值及所需的尾矿库蓄水库容。当尾矿库实有蓄水库容小于所需的蓄水库容时，需降低回水量重新计算，直至前者等于或稍大于后者时为止。此时的回水量即为尾矿库在某坝高时的可能回水量。尾矿库在使用过程中坝高不断增加，库水面面积和实有蓄水库容也不断变化，故需对有代表性的不同使用期(初、中、后期)分别进行水量平衡计算，从几个可能的回水量中选取最小值作为尾矿库回水系统的设计回水量，或对不同使用期确定不同的设计回水量。 (穆鲁生)
