绝经后触及卵巢综合征
是指在绝经期后，触及绝经期前正常大小的卵巢，即属于此范畴。1971年Barber首先提出PMPO征。有妇科检查时应警惕有无卵巢恶性肿瘤的可能。正常卵巢绝经前为3.5×2.0×1.5cm3大小，绝经后1～2年为2.0×1.5×0.5cm3，而绝经后2年以上则1.5×0.75×0.5cm3。绝经后卵巢没有萎缩，要注意鉴别。
