Based on the theory of legal cultural studies,this article discusses the changes of press legal culture in the 30 years of China’s reform and opening-up.
本文引入法律文化理论,探讨改革开放三十年我国新闻法律文化的变迁,总结出我国新闻法律文化的四个变化,即从政策文化走向法治文化、从义务本位走向权利本位、从群体精神走向人本精神和从秩序和谐走向全面和谐。

In order to promote a sustainable development of journalism culture,this paper aims at constructing a new discipline system for journalism through questioning the rationale behind the tri-branch system of traditional journalism(which includes the historical studies,theoretical studies and journalistic practices).
为促进新闻文化建设的可持续发展,需要从新闻的概念、内涵、价值体系、学科体系等方面,对传统新闻学的史、论、业务三大块学科模式提出挑战,建构以"实务"为主干,以"文本"和"经营"为两个基本点的新的学科体系。
