寒湿 病证名。指伤于寒湿而致的病证。《素问·调经论》：“寒湿之中人也，皮肤不收，肌肉坚紧，营血泣，卫气去。”《素问·六元正纪大论》则谓：“寒湿之气，持于气交，民病寒湿，发肌肉痿，足痿不收，濡泻，血溢。”又：“感于寒湿，则民病身重胕肿，胸腹痛。”《伤寒指掌》卷四“脉沉迟而濡，身无热，但吐泻，口不渴，小水清利，身痛重著，或手足疼痛者，为寒湿，宜分渗兼温中，胃苓汤加炮姜、木瓜、重者，加附子。”
