Objective To investigate nursing students academic self-efficacy,achievement motives and autonomous learning ability,to explore the relationships among them and to take some measures to improve their autonomous lear-ning ability.
To describe the state of test anxiety of senior high school students,and explore the relationship between it with academic self-efficacy,3511 senior high schools students were measured by the Test Anxiety Questionnaire and the Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire.
Through discussing the important role of students academic self-efficacy in the prosess of learning and the main factors which influence the forming of it, the paper focuses on how to improve students academic self-efficacy.
