软煎鱼
主料： 鲜鱼1/3块。
辅料： 面粉1勺,黄油1小勺,食盐少许。
制法： ①把鲜针对性收拾干净,去皮去骨刺,控干水分。然后将鱼肉放碗里,在鱼肉的确良表面抹上少许的食盐,料酒,葱,姜,蒜末腌15分钟左右取出,再在鱼肉两面涂上面粉;
②将平锅置火上烧热,抹上黄油溶化,把腌好的鱼放入平锅煎炸,煎至两面焦黄即可。
