Through analyzing the difficulty with which met in high vocational sports education,the author discovered the question and the reason,proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,has provided the beneficial reference for raising the students innovative ideology in high vocational sports education.
通过对高职体育教学中培养学生创新意识所遇到的困难进行了分析,找出了存在问题及原因,提出了相应的对策与建议,为体育教学中学生创新意识的培养提供了有益的参考。

This paper analyzes and studies the subjective enthusiasm in public physical education from fields and establishments、teaching model、teaching contents and methods、physical education sense with teachers’ quality five factors ,and puts forward corresponding improving methods and suggestions.
从场地设施、教学模式、教学内容和形式、体育意识及教师素质五个方面对公共体育教学中主体的积极性进行分析研究,并提出相应的改进措施和建议。

湖北经济学院体育教学部现有教职工30人，其中教师26人，行政教辅人员4人。教师中副教授14人，讲师6人，助教6人；国际级裁判1人，一级裁判8人；国家级健身健美操指导员1人。教师所教授的专业分布在田径、篮球、排球、足球、乒乓球、羽毛球、网球、武术、跆拳道、健美操、艺术体操、国际标准舞等项目，可以满足学生对体育课教学和课外活动、培训的需求。新组建的体育教学部在学校党委和行政的领导下，通过全体教职工的共同努力和配合，较顺利地度过了磨合期，出现了干部群众热情高涨、上下齐心谋求发展的崭新局面，每一个人都决心为湖北经济学院的发展和腾飞贡献自己的力量。
